Conditioning Body & Mind

CONDITIONING
Strengthen the connection between body and mind with exercises specially selected to improve dance technique. Dancers will focus on foot and ankle musculature and core strength for a good base of support. Dancers will also learn different ways to train flexibility in their legs, hips and spine. Included in this course are small anatomy lessons to improve body awareness, as well as exercises to promote good mental and emotional health for a well-rounded approach to dance.
